The famed cosmetic nurse, 45, shared a reel of images to Instagram from her recent New York trip and nestled her views between a few selfies. 



After sharing pictures of her day out, the former WAG posted a graphic which claimed that judging women for getting cosmetic surgery was 'anti-feminist'.  



'Getting cosmetic treatments is not anti-feminist. Criticising women who get them is,' the message read.



It comes just a few months after Alex raised eyebrows following a whirlwind trip to New York City to meet with America's top plastic surgeons.
